The grounds of approximately 3500 square meters are a particular feature of the property.
By prior arrangement, water taxis can be booked to collect guests from the private jetty and take them into town or to the sandy beaches around the island. The views from the property are stunning, over the gardens and olive grove to the sea. Food and drink shopping can also be delivered to the property.
Accommodation 10 people plus 2 on sofa beds Top Level Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace, overlooking the sea and mountains. Middle Level Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to garden. Kitchen, covered terrace with sea views, furnished for dining outdoors. Central Hall. Living room with fireplace and large external terrace with sea view. Guest WC. Lower Level Separate entrance, opening to a large sitting room with 2 sofa-beds. Kitchenette with fridge. One Double and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom also has a separate entrance, and both rooms open onto a magnificent terrace and the gardens, with sea views. Caretaker’s House There is also a small, simply furnished guest house within the garden used by the caretaker of the house. Gardens Large garden, with flowers and aromatic plants and climbers around the house and terraces. Beyond them is an olive grove and fruit trees stretching to the sea. Distances Dapia town centre/port 15-20 minutes walk. A frequent service of hydrofoils and catamarans (approximately 10 a day in July and August) run between Athens/Piraeus port. Staff Maid service 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. Extra hours on request. Separate cook available on request and paid by the hour. |

This lovely split-level family home is situated in a peaceful sea front position on the edge of the Old Port. It benefits from a quiet location, yet is just a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of town. About 5 minutes walk from the house is a traditional fish tavern, owned by a family of fishermen, and
offering delicious food.
From the large flower-clad pergola, with built-in seating for breakfast or outdoor parties, the gardens slope down to a cove and covered jetty, where there are steps down to the sea. The various garden levels are planted with a variety of shrubs and trees. The interiors of the main house are well equipped and furnished in a traditional island style.
