Kamari Beach

On the waterfront of Kamari Beach, is where you'll find the Boathouse Hotel, a family run hotel, about a 5-minute walk from the center of Kamari and about a 15-minute bus ride from the main town of Fira. The Boathouse offers rooms with air-conditioning, telephone, safety-box, private bathroom and balcony. The rooms are spacious and have either Sea view or Mountain view. An extensive buffet breakfast is served daily from 8am until 11am.

Facilities at the hotel include a Pool, Bar (with satellite TV) and full restaurant. The Almira Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily, located at the quiet end of Kamari Beach near the Boathouse Hotel, under the Almira trees. Serving excellent Greek food as well as local Seafood. Owned and operated by Spyros Zorzos (a local Kamarian) and his friendly staff. Weddings, Baptisms or large parties always welcome.

KAMARI

Kamari was the first beach that become a big summer resort in Santorini and not without a reason. The beach is several kilometers long the water crystal clear and all across the beachfront are numerous tavernas, cafe and clubs. Kamari is active also in the night. Many visitors keep it in mind as a place where you can spend your entire vacation. Kamari is still reasonably priced with a good bus connection (every half hour) which runs all day to and from Thira making a rent a car only necessary for maybe 1 or 2 days of your stay
