Vouliagmeni is full of green and is ideal for jogging. Also a number of playgrounds are available for young and older children. You can also play golf at nearby Glyfada or go riding at the horse center of Koropi. There are numerous seafood tavernas and we are a few minutes drive from the town of Vari,  famous for its many restaurants which specialize in grilled lamb on the spit, steaks, chops and other delcious meat dishes. 500 meters from Armonia Hotel is the natural lake "LAKE VOULIAGMENI",  the closest spa to the city. The water that pours into the lake from underground natural caves supposedly helps relieve  different ailments such as Rheumatism-Arthritis, Neuralgia, Osfialgia, Gynecological Problems, Salpingitis, Psychological disturbances etc.
